One day retreat, 10am - 7pm
Let go of old perceptions of ourselves and make room for who you really want to be.
In the morning we will release the old ways through group work and guided visualization and consciously welcome in the new.
After lunch, enjoy a personalized retreat experience.
Have a massage, soak in the hot tub, get a reading, wander the grounds, have a flower essence or astrological consultation.
You choose what best supports you.
We will end the day with music and dance and great food.
